Refund policy

14 day return on non commissioned art. The item must be returned undamaged to 737 Monroe Ave, Racine, WI 53405. You will receive your refund once the item is received within 7-10 days to your original form of payment. Please notify me at owlandbirch@yahoo.com. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items are non-refundable. This includes custom products, special orders, personalized items or commissions and workshops or classes. If a conflict arises on the day you have a workshop or class, I will work with you to reschedule at a later date. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
